Turtle Island Gallery Erich Glendale
 
Erich is a Kwakwaka'wakw Native born in Campbell River, British Columbia in 1972, but his roots stem from Kingcome Inlet.Erich now lives in Port Alberni on Vancouver Isand.He bagan his carving career in 1990.He prefers carving yellow cedar but has done many peices in red cedar.Erich has become very well know for his elaborate rattles, talking sticks, small totems, sculptures and bowls, then in 2006 he started carving with silver and gold under the guidance of Nuu-chah-nulth artist Gordon Dick.
