Buffy is an accomplished traditional craftsperson from the Secwepemc Nation of the Interior of British Columbia, Canada.Known for her exacting designs in beadwork, leather work and painstakingly intricate Pine Needle Basketry, Buffy uses all natural materials found native to this area.
Buffy's baskets are in the personal collections of former President William Jefferson Clinton, former Governor General of Canada Adrienne Clarkson, and His Royal Highness Prince Edward of England, and as well as in the Royal Museum of British Columbia.JUst recently the Smithsonian Institution acquired some of her work as well and is documented in their archives.
